Response message in the MSW Reportal

In the joint authority reporting portal, the Maritime Single Window (MSW Reportal), you may receive a response message requesting additional information. In that case, you need to ensure that you have submitted the correct information.

Response message

Response messages beginning with P (P0057) refer to information submitted in the Cargo to be declared block, tab ‘Cargo to be unloaded/Presentation notification’ in the MSW Reportal. In the ‘Previous documents’ data element, a reference is made to the entry summary declaration (ENS). If you have pre-lodged a Temporary Storage Declaration (TSD) directly with Swedish Customs, you should refer to the TSD MRN in the presentation notification.

'Previous documents' must have the correct format. Refers to MRN 'nr'.

'Previous documents' must refer to a valid document with the correct status and be stated at the correct level. See the User guide. Refers to MRN 'nr' which has been invalidated.

In cases where there is a reference to an Entry summary declaration in 'Previous documents', any recepticle numbers must correspond to the specified declaration. Refers to 'nr'.

The transport document number at the 'House Consignment' level must be unique.

In cases where 'Previous documents' refer to a TSD, transport information and any references to Entry summary declaration in the presentation notification and the TSD must be identical. The following transport document is not in the TSD: refers to 'nr'.

Follow these steps

Please ensure that:

1. The MRN number for previous documents (ENS, possibly TSD) is correct.
   
2. You have specified the ENS at the correct level (master consignment or house consignment).
   
3. The transport document number is correct and specified in the correct format.
   
4. The container or receptacle number is specified correctly and in the correct format
   
5. The container or receptacle number is entered at master consignment level in the ENS and presentation notification.
   
6. The information about the transport document in the TSD matches any references in the summary import declaration and arrival notification.
