Anchorages
The lists below set out the designated ports of departure, export and exit for goods and means of transport, as designated by Swedish Customs, as well as the designated customs offices of exit.
Conditions
The customs formalities to be completed at the designated anchorages depend on which the circumstances of the individual vessel.
Vessels without goods on board
The vessel’s departure must be notified in advance to Customs (Chapter 10, Sections 1 and 2 of the Provision on Customs Matters) and must depart from an anchorage designated by Swedish Customs (Chapter 10, Section 8 of the Provisions on Customs Matters).
Vessels carrying goods
The vessel’s departure must be notified in advance to Customs (Chapter 10, Sections 1 and 2 of the Provision on Customs Matters) and must depart from an anchorage designated by Swedish Customs (Chapter 10, Section 8 of the Provisions on Customs Matters).
The goods must be brought to a designated anchorage (Article 267(1) of the Customs Code, and Chapter 10, Section 8 of the Provisions on Customs Matters).
The goods must be presented to the customs office of exit (Arrival at exit) and be available for customs controls (Article 5(33) of the Union Customs Code and Article 331 of the UCC Implementing Regulation).
Designated anchorages
The anchorages designated for exit are identical to those designated for import.
