Anchorages
Customs has designated anchorages for the departure and exit of goods and means of transport.
Terms and conditions
The customs formalities to be completed at the designated anchorage depend on the circumstances of the individual vessel.
Please read the terms and conditions under each heading below.
Vessels without goods on board
The vessel's departure must be notified to Swedish Customs in advance (Chapter 10, sections 1 and 2 of the Customs Code). The designated anchorage is the same as that indicated at the time of arrival in the MSW.
Vessels with goods on board
The vessel's departure must be notified to Swedish Customs in advance (Chapter 10, sections 1 and 2 of the Customs Code). The designated anchorage is the same as that indicated at the time of arrival in the MSW.

The goods must be taken to a designated anchorage (Article 267(1) of the Customs Code, Chapter 10, Section 17 of the Customs Code).
The goods must be presented to the customs office of exit upon exit (Article 331 of the Implementing Regulation).
Designated anchorages
The designated anchorages for exit are the same as for entry.
