Standard customs declaration for exports
If you have access to all the information to be provided when the goods are loaded, the easiest way may be to submit a standard digital customs declaration.
Procedure for submitting a standard customs declaration
You can either pre-lodge a customs declaration which is then activated when the goods are exported, or you can lodge a complete standard customs declaration when the goods are exported.
In a standard customs declaration, all the information must be filled in and submitted before the goods are exported. If you pre-lodge a customs declaration, you can omit certain details and submit them later, but no later than when the goods are presented for export.
If goods have been taken out of the customs territory of the Union for export without a declaration having been lodged, an export declaration must be lodged retrospectively with the customs office of export.
