Reports from records for temporary storage facilities

A removal report should show a compilation of all removals during a specific period (regardless of the subsequent procedure). The report should be based on the authorisation for removal, the bill of release, the transit document or removal manifest (re-export) for each removal permission. It should also state the purpose of the removal, for example using procedure codes or via Union transit.

The report should contain the following:

• The time of discharge (preferably including the time of day)
• Information about the type of removal and the applicable procedure, for example
  • Import (Customs ID or MRN)
  • Transit (MRN is required)
  • Start of customs warehouse procedure
  • Presentation for re-export (outbound manifest required)
  • Movement between storage facilities within the same temporary storage facility authorisation

A report on consignments received should show a list of consignments received in chronological order by MRN for transit or IG (incoming goods) number. The date of arrival of the goods at the temporary storage facility shall also be shown.

The report should contain the following:

• Transit MRN or IG (incoming goods) number
• Date of arrival of the goods at the temporary storage facility (preferably time)
• Number of packages when the goods arrived at the temporary storage facility (according to the incoming document)

This report should show all inward and outward movements from the temporary storage facility during a given period.

The report should contain the following:

• Transit MRN or IG (incoming goods) number
• Date of arrival of the goods at the temporary storage facility (preferably time)
• Manifest, IG-number, Import document
• Number of packages
• Commodity description
• Storage location
• Supporting documents related to the current temporary Storage Declaration (TSD) (import document)
• Number of outgoing consignments
• Date on which the goods left the temporary storage facility and were placed under another procedure
• Information about the type of removal, for example
  • Import (customs ID or MRN)
  • Transit (MRN is required)
  • Presentation for re-export (outbound manifest required)
  • Start of customs warehouse procedure
• Movement between storage facilities within the same temporary storage facility authorisation

A report based on the supplier invoice or a shipping document for each incoming consignment. The report shall enable Swedish Customs to verify that all goods entered on an invoice or shipping document have also been presented for another customs procedure or remain as a balance at the temporary storage facility.

The report should contain the following:

• Transit MRN or IG (incoming goods) number
• Date of arrival of the goods at the temporary storage facility (preferably time)
• MRN for incoming transit movements, alterantively, a clear statement that the goods have been moved
• Number of incoming consignments
• Commodity description
• Storage location
• Number of outgoing consignments
• Date on which the goods left the temporary storage facility and were placed under another procedure
• Information about the type of removal, for example:
  • Import (customs ID or MRN)
  • Transit (MRN is required)
  • Presentation for re-export (outbound manifest required)
  • Start of customs warehouse procedure
• Movement between storage facilities within the same temporary storage facility authorisation
