Customs offices of export for lodging an export declaration (IE515) and presentation notifications for export (IE511)

Conditions
- All goods to be placed under a customs procedure must be covered by a customs declaration appropriate to the procedure in question (Article 158(1) of the Union Customs Code).
- Union goods to be taken out of the customs territory of the Union must be placed under the export procedure (Article 269 of the Union Customs Code).
- Non-Union goods to be taken out of the customs territory of the Union must be covered by a re-export declaration, which must be lodged with the competent customs office (Article 270 of the Union Customs Code).
- The arrival of the goods must be notified to the customs office of export and the goods must be available for customs controls (Article 5(33) of the Union Customs Code and Article 221(2) of the Implementing Regulation).

En export declaration (IE515) and the presentation notification for export (IE511) may be lodged whilst the goods are in transit, en route to the designated customs office at the Norwegian border, within the specified GPS coordinates.
