Reports from the records
To be able to verify and support the customs warehouse records, you must be able to retrieve data from your records. Your company should present this information to Swedish Customs upon request.
Reports are a suitable format when providing this information. On this page you will find sample reports with the type of information that Swedish Customs may request. Remember that Swedish Customs may request other information than what is indicated in the examples below.
Total inventory
A report on the total stock balance must show a total balance and the Union status for the various goods. The report must be based on item level or consignment level, depending on the operational flow of the warehouse. The report should contain the following:
- Article number
- Commodity description
- Union status
- Balance per item
- Storage location of the goods

A removal report should show a compilation of all removals during a specific period (regardless of the subsequent procedure). The reference number for each release permit must be clearly indicated.
