Exporting goods to an EU Member State
It is, in principle, free movement of goods between the countries of the EU. Consequently, you do not need to submit an export declaration when you sell to an EU Member State.
There are some restrictions to free movement, as each EU Member State has the right to stop goods in certain cases for reasons of environmental, health and safety protection. Examples of such goods are alcohol, tobacco, drugs, medicines and weapons. To know what applies in the recipient country, contact the country's embassy or customs.
