EDI - Final tests for system developers
The final tests published here are intended for system developers or if your company is developing an in-house system. The final tests should be submitted to us for approval.
As a system developer you must perform final tests for the messages and procedures you want your system to provide. Once your tests are approved, other companies that want to use your system can apply for TVEDI and perform their own final tests as declarants.
When final tests have been completed with the expected results, your test coordinator communicates this to the EDI test function. Send an email stating
- your corporate identification number
- your company’s contact person for EDI issues (name and email address)
- name and number of final test
- LRN (tull-id) or MRN number for each final test
- which system is used.
The final tests must not be more than a month old, and you must have received approved reply messages to all your test transaction. When contacting the EDI test function, always state the test case number (EDI-XX) which you received with information about the company’s registration.
To streamline administration during the test process, your company to appoints a test coordinator who is in contact with the EDI test function.
Final tests as a system developer
The final tests based on WCO DM and XML are categorized based on the technical specification and the relevant customs process. If needed, we may publish new final tests and change existing final tests.
