Request access to Swedish Customs’ online services and register an account manager

To sign in to our online services you need authorisation. You are also required to nominate an account manager from your company.

Procedure

  1. Submit the form Accessing Swedish Customs’ online services and account manager nomination. The form contains help texts and a verification feature that ensures that you have provided all the necessary information.
  2. Nominate the company’s account manager.
  3. The application should be printed and signed by the authorised company signatory.
  4. Mail the application to Tullverket, Box 27311 54, Stockholm, Sweden.
  5. Swedish Customs will confirm receipt by e-mail within approximately three weeks of receiving your application and registering your account manager.

Several of the online services are only available in Swedish.

The company’s account manager will manage users and authorisations

Once your application has been processed, the company’s account manager can add and remove users and manage the users’ authorisations in the Behörigheter (Authorisations) online service. The account manager may in turn nominate several company employees as account managers.
