- Questions about packages are answered by the company transporting your goods. If you need to talk to us about packages, you must first ask the carrier transporting your goods for a customs ID before calling us.
- From 1 July 2026, new rules apply when buying goods online from a country outside the EU. This means that customs duty will be charged on all items, regardless of their value.
