Fallback procedure for declaring imports, exports, exit of goods, transit, presentation notification for goods and temporary storage declarations

Our declaration system does not currently work, companies need to use the fallback procedure to notify goods for import, export, exit of goods, transit, presentation notification for goods and temporary storage declarations

Fallback procedure for declaring imports and exports

Import:

  • Create the declaration
  • Send an email to reservrutin.import@tullverket.se
  • In the subject line of the email, enter LRN (if possible)
  • Wait for ok from us before you can start unloading goods.
  • The disruptions may cause our processing time to be longer than usual.
  • If the goods are at a customs office, for example along the Norwegian border, you must present the LRN and the declaration documentation directly at the customs office.

Fallback procedure for presentation notification for goods and temporary storage declarations (TSD)

The fallback procedure does not change the obligation to submit the presentation notification for goods or the declaration for temporary storage in Swedish Customs’ system when they are back in operation.

To use the fallback procedure, you must apply and get an approval. Here's how to do it:

During office hours, weekdays 08.00-16.00

  • Email the application with the corresponding information that would be submitted digitally to reservrutin.ava.dtl@tullverket.se
  • Enter ‘Application for fallback procedure presentation notification’ or ‘Application for fallback procedure TSD’ in the subject line.

Outside office hours

  • Call us on 08-456 65 60 to inform us that the fallback procedure is invoked, and send an email with the corresponding information that would be provided digitally to reservrutin.ava.dtl@tullverket.se
  • Enter ‘Application for fallback procedure presentation notification’ or ‘Application for fallback procedure TSD’ in the subject line.
