Fraud Attempt Warning
There are currently fraudulent calls and text messages about packages, falsely claiming to be from Swedish Customs. Do not take any action based on these fraud attempts. End the conversation immediately.
We are currently seeing an increase in fraud attempts to pay customs duties. Looks like they're from Swedish Customs.
If you are called by someone who claims to be calling from Swedish Customs regarding packages, you must end the call. We never call you about packages without you calling us first.
If you have received an email or text message that you suspect is a fraud attempt, do not click on the link or log in with your bank ID.
If you are unsure if it is an attempted fraud where for some reason you are asked to provide information or pay customs duties, you are always welcome to contact us.
