Import declarations for inward processing

When declaring imported goods for inward processing you must lodge an import declaration. This page can help you complete your declaration.

Declare according to the general rules, i.e. description of goods, commodity code, customs value, procedure cods etc.

If you hold a simplified declaration procedure authorisation, it specifies to which procedure the authorisation applies. If inward processing is not included, you are required to lodge a standard declaration. You can complement your authorisation for simplified declaration procedures via the CDS (Customs Decisions System).
