Legislation

Swedish Customs' activities are regulated by European Union legislation, national legislation such as laws and ordinances issued by the Riksdag and the Government, and various Government authority regulations. Swedish Customs' regulations, general advice and notifications, and regulations issued by the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products are presented in the Swedish Customs' statute book (TFS). (TFS is only available in Swedish)

European Union legislation, national legislation and various Government authority regulations relevant to the Swedish Customs are collected in the Swedish Customs' legislation handbooks. Amendments to the legislation handbooks are published continuously throughout the year. (The legislation handbooks are only availible in Swedish)
