Selling goods to countries outside the EU
Selling goods to countries outside the EU is called export. Before exporting goods, we recommend that you check which regulations apply to the specific item(s) you wish to export. There are special regulations in place for some goods that require certain conditions to be fulfilled before the goods can be exported from Sweden.
When sending your items from Sweden, you must submit an customs export declaration to Swedish Customs. If you are sending your goods as a parcel, the Swedish postal service, Posten, will make sure that a customs declaration has been submitted. You must also take into account the regulations in effect in the country receiving the goods. Contact that country´s embassy here in Sweden to find out more information about the regulations in place for your item(s). More information
