Sending DPD Business Parcel
DPD is an international door-to-door service for companies with a service agreement with Posten. A special address label is placed on the parcel, and a Single Administrative Document (customs declaration) and invoice are placed in a plastic sleeve next to the address label. Posten retrieves the parcel from the company in Sweden, and delivers it directly to the foreign company.
Receiving parcels
If you receive a business-related parcel from a country outside the EU which Posten mistakenly failed to declare, you must send in a declaration with supporting documents and an explanation to Swedish Customs. We will then send you a customs bill.
