Information offices

In five cities in Sweden you can get help from a customs (information) officer.

You can obtain information on commodity classification, how to facilitate your handling of customs matters, how to (customs) declare via the Internet, or learn about the Swedish Customs system, the Stairway. But you cannot clear any goods at the information offices.

You are welcome to visit us, call us or send an e-mail. If you want to visit us, please call in advance so we can make sure that an information officer is in place.

Information office Gothenburg

You can visit us at Spannmålsgatan 19. If you are attending one of our courses go to Nordstadstorget 6, level 5.

Information office Karlshamn

You can visit us at Drottninggatan 69B.

Information office Malmö

You can visit us at Storgatan 20.

Information office Norrköping

You can visit us at Lindövägen 5B.

Information office Stockholm

You can visit us at Tegeluddsvägen 98.
