Duplicates of commodity certificates

In some cases, if you lose your commodity certificate, you may request a copy.

If a commodity certificate EUR.1, commodity certificate EUR-MED, or commodity certificate A.TR. is lost, the original issuing customs authority may issue a duplicate, using the application and other documents held by the customs authority.

The duplicate of the EUR.1 certificate and EUR-MED certificate should have the same date of issue as the original commodity certificate.

The word “DUPLICATE” should be entered in field 7 (EUR.1 and EUR-MED certificates) or field 8 (commodity certificate A.TR).

Enter the original serial number and date of issue in field 8 of commodity certificate A.TR.
